Google Meet: https://meet.google.com/rcx-jxjs-mfc
Join Vital York and Jake Reeves Kemp, Computer Specialist at Ebor Academy Trust, to learn how to get the best from remote learning and some of the many tools available to you.
This session is for current clients and is predominantly aimed at colleagues in primary schools, but secondary colleagues are welcome to attend if they wish.
The session will take place via Google Meet on:
Wednesday 10 February at 3.30-5.00pm
During this jam-packed session Jake will:
-
Explore different ways of setting home learning.
-
Share ideas for synchronous and asynchronous learning.
-
Look at how slides can be made interactive (through speaker notes and pre-recorded inputs).
-
Demo what pre-recorded inputs might look like.
-
Show you ways to give feedback using Google Classroom.
-
Model live learning within Google Meet.

Throughout the session you will look at Google Classroom, with a more in-depth focus on Slides, Vidyard, Loom, Hyperdocs, Symbaloo and modelling how to use Google Meet for live learning.

On the day, all you need to do is join with Google Meet at 3.30pm, by clicking this link: https://meet.google.com/rcx-jxjs-mfc
So that we can accommodate as many schools as possible, we politely ask that a maximum of two colleagues per school join the session.
