Our mission

We have one central mission: to enhance learning and teaching through the use of educational technology and as such, we regularly host free CPD sessions for our clients and potential customers. These take the form of twilight training sessions, larger workshops and an annual conference, Vital Education Technology Conference (Vital.etc) which has now been running for five years.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our customer service. We understand the importance of learning and teaching and the best ways to use technology to get the results you want in the classroom, and we will always go the extra mile to make sure that clients can carry on educating.

Who we are

Vital HQ is situated in the beautiful, historic city of York and works with clients across the city and region. We’ve been around since 1999 and have a skilled, experienced team of 24. We pride ourselves on our customer service, our amazing partnerships and our mission to keep abreast of technological developments.
