Our support contracts give you peace of mind that technical assistance is only a phone call away.

We provide support contracts to cover hardware which you own. Support can be provided on equipment or devices which have been purchased through Vital or on equipment which is already owned by your school. Support contracts are the perfect choice for schools who prefer to own all of their own IT equipment.

Key benefits

  • Technician support – An assigned technician will get to know you and your individual support requirements and provide quick and efficient support. They will be your first point of contact when you need to report issues or ask questions.
  • Guaranteed response times – We understand the impact downtime can have, so we guarantee that we will respond, onsite, to major issues within a maximum of four working hours. However, our remote support team can usually resolve issues much quicker than this. We will respond to all other support calls within a maximum of eight working hours either on-site or remotely.
  • Unlimited call-outs – Our support contracts cover as many call-outs as you need.
  • Software installations and upgrades – The labour costs for installing hardware upgrades to any devices are covered in the agreement and we will also install any required software on the devices.
  • Pro-active support and monitoring – We use advanced software to monitor your servers, networks and backups on a daily basis.

Additional support

Comprehensive support can also be provided through our Managed Service offering, giving you complete peace of mind, total flexibility and a fixed annual cost – ask us for details.
